I can’t express how grateful I am to Patrick Mulligan and Associates. It was worth every penny spent. He is very good at what he does and because of him I am sitting here with my fiancée and able to write this review and not having to accept a cal from prison. He took the time to do the necessary work to keep my loved one out of jail.

I have known Mr. Patrick Mulligan for 20 years. He is an upstanding individual. He cares about his clients he fights for his clients. He’s not the type of lawyer that plays golf with all the prosecutors. He will get you the best that he can get you he is well worth the money. I recommended him to several people and I will continue to recommend his firm. Everybody in his office is always very polite very knowledgeable and Patrick always calls back. I gave him 10 stars if I could.

Idk where to begin this man saved my life . I was looking at life without parole on a bogus rape charge that they had no business ever even charging me with. I sat in the county jail for 2 years and 3 months over this and I had a previous lawyer named Travis Kane that did nothing but try to convince me to take plea deal for 11 years and told my wife and aunt hey at least he would get to see his kids lol guy never gave me my discovery not one time and I had him the first 9 months I was there . Mr mulligan sent me my full discovery before I even had my first sit down with him . He never ounce tried to pressure me into taking a plea and was confident going to trial as they had no case whatsoever. He actually listened to me and fought very hard for me and we won a full acquittal at trial. He never lied to me and was fully honest about everything and I literally owe this man my life. I strongly recommend Patrick mulligan and would never recommend anybody else. He does not work with prosecution to try and get you a plea. If you did nothing wrong then let mr mulligan do his thing cause he’s the best lawyer you could possibly get around here. He’s also very funny and has great sense of humor even when things are looking down for you and he’s very uplifting and confident . Thank you Mr mulligan and to his team for getting me my life and family back we can’t thank you enough!

I have nothing to say but good things about Patrick and his team. I had a really complex case and the staff was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. J. Kelly was wonderful. She responded to all of my calls and emails. Everything that needed to be filed with the courts was done in a timely manner. Every time I had court I left with the outcome I wanted which really blew me away! Ultimately He was able to get the case dismissed. I am unbelievably happy with me experience with everyone at his office and if I could recommend any attorney in the Dayton area for criminal or family law it would be Patrick Mulligan & Associates!!!!!

I had never been in any type of trouble ever in my life and I was facing accusations due to an angry ex. While going through the process I was very nervous as I have a highly important job and if I was convicted would have lost my job and means of supporting my children, I was extremely nervous and scared. Tiffany was AMAZING and always was there at any time of day to help reassure me with anything I needed. In the end when push came to shove they showed up and was able to get her to tell the entire truth and all charges had then been dismissed! Cannot thank the entire staff enough!!!

Pierre Carnesi treated myself and my family with respect and dignity. Contacting them was effortless and comfortable during the entirety of our case. The case did go into my favor and we won. This was my first experience with the law and as scary as it was, Pierre and the rest of the staff at the firm were extremely reassuring, realistic, reasonable, and respectful. I recommend Pierre personally and had a very fair and dignified experience. I cannot thank them enough for their support and guidance through one of the most difficult times of my life.

My husband got in a little bit of a pickle so we hired Moermond & Mulligan. We thought it was going to be dragged out with multiple court dates. Patrick came to the pretrial and had it wrapped up better than we could have ever imagined. We will definitely use them in the future if we need them and will suggest them to friends and family. Very grateful for this team. Thank you

It is never a good experience when you need a lawyer, but Moermond & Mulligan were terrific throughout my ordeal. Communication was consistant and outcome was wonderful. I would recommend this group to family and friends.
